What does the Unlimited plan include?

Does Lingual support every language?
No product honestly covers every language. Source speech, captions, Bible editions, and translated voices each have their own current coverage. The live catalog is the source of truth; translated audio exists only where a hosted voice is available, and text captions do not depend on it.
Is Planning Center required?
No — Lingual works with or without it. Connect Planning Center Services to bring the live plan's service times and order of worship into the bulletin automatically, or start with just your email. The connection is limited to service-plan information; Lingual does not use Planning Center People, Giving, or Check-Ins data.
What support is included?
Setup through your first successful live-translated service is personal and hands-on. Brad works with you to confirm the audio feed, source language, and attendee languages before Sunday. After that, support runs through the Lingual support channel.
Is there a refund or quality guarantee?
Yes. After one complete service, if a direct live church-translation competitor produces a materially better translation of the same service audio, choose a refund of fees paid in the prior 90 days or 12 months of service credit. One claim per church per 12 months, reviewed by hand.
